Drawing from both intuitive listening and Zoe’s scientific and herbal background, this offering provides a personalized three-month wellness plan. You will walk away with one primary herbal ally during the first month, followed by a customized herbal protocol for months two and three, often including a tea blend and a tincture blend. Lifestyle, dietary, and spiritual practices are thoughtfully woven in to support integration and continuity.
